Ingredients:
- ¼ cup plain dried bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 Tbsp. all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- ⅛ tsp. ground white pepper
- 2 Tbsp. low fat 1 percent milk
- 2½ cups (about 1¼ lb.) boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
Preparation:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- In quart sized zippered plastic bag, add bread crumbs, cheese, flour oregano, basil and pepper; shake to mix.
- In medium-size bowl, add milk and chicken pieces, stir to coat.
- Place 4-5 chicken pieces in bag and shake gently until lightly coated.
- Place on prepared baking sheet, then repeat with the remaining chicken.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
